In August, I had an unfortunate run in with a turkey that did quite a bit of damage to my front end. I got quotes from 2 places – 1 that was in my typical insurance company network and 1 that was recommend by local friends & family (Mirror Image). After seeing the super high ratings, I was nervous that their estimate would come back way higher than the other, but they are SO reasonably priced (even better than the lower rated dealership!) and will work to get you every detail covered. I will never trust another autobody shop to work on my car ever again – Mirror Image has my business for life!!!! They were so easy to start the estimate/repair process with, kept me in the loop throughout the entire time my car was with them, never made me feel guilty for calling to check in quite frequently and fought my insurance coverage battles for me!!! Chad, Lo and the entire Mirror Image team is incredible and absolutely deserve your business. My car looks better than it did pre-accident and working with them was an absolute pleasure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and fully understand now why they’re the highest rated shop in the area!!! Thanks Mirror Image!
