These guys are the BEST!! My wife was in a rear-end collision that made our car un-driveable, so Jason and his staff went to bat for us with the offending party’s insurance company and got us full compensation for complete and total repair and rental car coverage (which was absolutely imperative). We were new to town, so we had no idea where to bring our car. From the very first call to Mirror Image, I knew I had made the right decision! The insurance company parts contractor tried to squeak by and sent Jason no less than THREE OEM rear trunks that were not quite up to his standards. Finally, he accepted the Fourth one because it was the only way to make our car look like the accident had never happened!! That’s just AWESOME! He will only do repairs on your car that are up to his standards… ie. making your car look like it’s brand new!! Most places would have settled for much less, but these guys are PERFECTIONISTS! AND… when we picked up our car, it did in fact look like it was brand new…just like the accident never happened…THAT’S WHY THEY CALL THIS BUSINESS ‘MIRROR IMAGE’!! Not to mention the fact that they had done a complete wash and vacuum of the car which made it look, smell and feel brand new… unbelievable!
I actually like our car a lot more now than I did before the accident because I am so confident of the quality of workmanship that Mirror Image completed and that it was was spot on! Carolyn was excellent at keeping us in the loop of all developments, repair schedule, timing, payments being made to cover the repairs, pick-up details and every aspect of the repair process in detail. I’ve had a lot of experience over the years with collision/body shops, but this one far surpassed my expectations! Top Notch Job Guys!!!
